What we hold
Your name and email address from Google sign-in, the resumes you generate, and a record of your purchases. The file you upload is read once to pull out its text, and the file itself is not stored.
Who else sees it
Your resume text and the job posting are sent to a third-party language model provider to produce the rewrite. Payments go through Stripe, who receive your card details directly — we never see or store a card number.
How long we keep it
Your resumes stay in your account until you delete them or ask us to close it. Ask and we will erase everything.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to support@rezumenerds.com.
