A run that fails costs you nothing
If the rewriting doesn't finish for any reason, the credit goes straight back on your account automatically. You never pay for work that didn't complete, and you don't have to ask.
If the resume isn't good
Write to support@rezumenerds.com within 14 days with the resume name and the posting you used. We will either re-run it properly at no cost or refund the $9.99. We don't make you argue for it.
What we can't refund for
Not getting an interview or an offer. Hiring decisions belong to employers and we have no part in them. What we owe you is a well-written, accurate, correctly formatted resume — not an outcome.
How refunds arrive
Back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. It usually appears within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
