Writing a resume for BambooHR
BambooHR does not read a document the way other systems do. Here is what it expects, and what we change when you pick it.
What matters here
- BambooHR is common at small companies where a generalist or the hiring manager reads every application. Keep it readable and short; there is no aggressive automated filter to satisfy.

How to tell if an employer uses it
Look at the address bar when you start the application. The system is almost always named in the URL — myworkdayjobs.com, greenhouse.io, taleo.net, jobs.lever.co, icims.com. If you can't tell, leave the setting alone and the general defaults will carry you.
