Writing a resume for iCIMS

- iCIMS builds a structured candidate profile from the document and recruiters filter on those fields, so employer, title and dates must be extractable without inference.
- State years of experience with a named skill explicitly where it is true, because iCIMS filters are often set on exactly that.

How to tell if an employer uses it
Look at the address bar when you start the application. The system is almost always named in the URL — myworkdayjobs.com, greenhouse.io, taleo.net, jobs.lever.co, icims.com. If you can't tell, leave the setting alone and the general defaults will carry you.
